These educational and informative classes will provide you with delicious, healthy Shiitake Mushrooms for years to come. Participants learn to inoculate logs, will be given a log care guide, and take home the log they inoculate. The classes are also a fun way to see the farm, and share the fun with fellow mushroom enthusiasts!
